garden Rovinj, the most romantic town in Istria, as many like to call it, and one of the most photogenic in the Mediterranean. The town was built on a small island that was connected to the mainland in the Middle Ages. During its long history Byzantines, Ostrogoths, Venetians and Austrians left their mark in the architecture of the old town center, which is dominated by the Baroque church of Saint Euphemia from the XVIII century. The church tower is unmistakably reminiscent of the church tower of St. Mark in Venice. In the most famous old town alley 'Grisia' there are numerous art galleries and studios.
Excursions are possible to Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, boat excursions, Pula, Istrian hilltop towns, islands of Cres and Lošinj; Postojna Caves and Lipiza stud farm in Slovenia.

Tour de Istra BIKE ISTRA - Zeci is an ideal starting point - there are numerous marked cycle paths, with infrequent traffic and plenty of refreshment stops along the routes. A number of professional cycling teams use Istria as a training camp and there are races in spring and early summer.

We are looking forward to your visit.
